The Citizens Information Board is the national agency responsible for supporting the provision of information, advice and advocacy on social services, consumer affairs, employment and lot's more. 

 To ensure this access, It supports the provision of information to the public through the nationwide network of Citizens Information Centres, the Citizens Information Phone Service and through the Citizens Information website. where you will find information on Birth, Family and Relationships - Consumer Affairs  - Death and Bereavement - Education and Training - Employment -Environment - Money and Tax - Social Welfare - Travel and Recreation -Government in Ireland - Health - Housing  - Justice - Moving Country.

There is also a network of Citizen Information centres throught the country which are really helpful to answer any of those question that you need to know, to find a Citizen information Centre in your area go to Local Information centre  

As a statutory agency, Citizens Information Board comes within the remit of the Department of Social & Family Affairs in Ireland.
