Bill provides for ESOP at An Post

Public Enterprise Minister Mary O'Rourke has published a bill providing for an employee share ownership (ESOP) scheme at An Post.

The Post (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill, 2001 also allows the company to enter into an equity based alliance with another postal company.
