As we can see from Fintans Kings 2008  speech legal action was not far away in regard to the ESOP.   Heres a snippet of what he said

"The endless prevarication by the Department on this key issue for our members in An Post could force us to deal with the issue in a legal manner and that is a road that I believe we should not have to travel. "

Wheres the lawyers?

Two years on and no legal actions have been instigated, and with regard to taking a different road, the ESOP road our union have taken seems to be tediously slow. The truth and we must face it is that we are no further ahead than we were when the agreement was signed; at least at that time we expected to get our shares.

 

Is this the road Fintan spoke about has Fintan gone over the edge?

Maybe Fintan took the road to nowhere maybe he’s still trying to contact the legal boys and girls, has anyone even seen Fintan since his rousing speech in 2008. Is Fintan wandering around some road with no ending somewhere? Will we need to send out a rescue party to find him?

Would Stevie or any of the lads in headquarters see could they find another road that might lead to the ESOP
