I wish we had some of those men with a bit of bottle in our office because in our office there is more unfairness in relation to the man who is losing his midnight duty because the Company is reducing the number on the nights.

A number of months ago on this site we had letters from delivery staff saying how stupid the approach was in regard to holding mail and there was a specific instance given of a Credit union. Now we have the big Announcement from the quality matters people, DAY DEFER SERVICE!
